The Thailand Deputy prime minister Visanu Kruayam and Thailand Deputy minister of education, Ms. Kanlaya Soponpanit opening the MOU signing ceremonial between American Groundwater Solutions,LLC (AGS), Thai Public Policy Foundation and King Mongkurt University.
The MOU agreement is focusing on a co-operation of charitable waterworks in thailand, including creating "Chonlakorn", a new water management course for 47 agricultural colleges throughout the country. Chonlakorn will be a community water management practice for the students and other agencies that are interested.
